Reading figures with the right method
To compare occupancy rates, you need to know the period and nights actually available: booked nights divided by nights available for rental, multiplied by 100. A property booked for 60 nights out of 100 offered nights has 60 % occupancy over that period. This is an educational example, not a SHIVAKEYS result.
Completed stays, future bookings and forecasts must be distinguished. Occupancy should be read alongside nightly prices, revenue and expenses. We do not publish a quantified before-and-after comparison here without an associated period and supporting evidence.
