SHIVAKEYS supports properties in Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin, Aix-en-Provence and Bali. Needs are assessed according to the address and local organisation. Presenting a destination does not automatically mean every property is covered.
Service providers' roles, arrivals, cleaning, linen, maintenance and communication are specified in the proposal. Expenses and their approval are distinguished from the management commission.
